Kings and Priests Bible Study Part I

This short Kings and Priests Bible Study will give you a preview of your life as God has planned it to be.  It's unique, exciting, and filled with the anointing power of God to accomplish what others might say is impossible through God's grace, wisdom and guidance.  

This just may be the most powerful study you ever take if you want to discover your place of great fulfillment and financial growth.

 Finding Your Way With God

If you have been asking God how you can serve Him, then you're ready to take that next step in your relationship with God.  No matter what your age, God will use you just where you are at this moment--even if you feel your life is powerless and you are exhausted from the difficulties that are facing you.  

God not only has a plan for you, but He has a greater plan for spreading His word throughout the world to save the lost! Whatever He has called you to do will be to first serve that goal either as a king or a priest as you have already learned in the Marketplace Ministry Study.  Therefore, He has provided a way for you to accomplish the special work that He has put into your heart.  And through Kingdom living He will insure your financial growth

God promises in Matthew 6:25-34 to prosper His children with great provision.  He needs money flowing in their lives to help finance the Gospel.  He also desires for His children to be well taken care of just as we desire to take care of our children.  So God's purpose for our lives is twofold, with the main goal being salvation for the lost.

Taking Action With God

Matthew 7:7-8 tells us how to have what we desire, teaching us that although God has given us great health, financial, spiritual and physical blessings, we must first take action with Him by asking, seeking and knocking.   We are shown the actions we need to take.   We can't just say one type of prayer for everything and then sit back and wait for God to do something.  No!  We have to do our part.

We need to seek after the wisdom we need for God's guidance, we need to use the right prayer for what we want, and then we need to ask in faith believing that the door to what we want will be opened to us.  

This is where most Christians get lost, they don't know how to get past their prayers to move the hand of God on their behalf. 

Most Christians are not doing this because they were never taught by their church leaders that it was the right thing to do because it is God's will.  They feel guilty instead before and after they ask God for money, good health, healing His will for their lives or anything they desire because they feel unworthy to receive anything they desire or need from God. 

However, I'm going to show you today through a Biblical principle of Kings and Priests how you can immediately change your thinking from "unworthy" to "I am right with God!"  You must do this if you are going to to establish the strong financial foundation God needs you to have and the special work He wants you to fulfill.   

Why change immediately?  Because God needs you to have the mindset of Christ, not a failure mentality.  He can't work with you like that. 

You Were Made Right With God 

When you were saved you were automatically made right with God by the shed blood of Jesus Christ.  Nothing you could ever do on your own can make you worthy, but Jesus can through His work on the cross.  This is why you can quickly change your way of thinking about yourself to God's.

Careful now, don't put your worthiness with God on yourself. Remember you are automatically worthy before God through Jesus Christ.   But you are right.  Having a sense of helplessness in life doesn't make it easy to feel "right with God," even though you are.  So if you feel stuck in a sea of problems, you may need to help yourself move forward.  

Matthew 6:34 tells us not to worry or think about tomorrow because, as God tells us, things will work out.  He also says that they won't if we worry, so we need to do the opposite--HAVE FAITH that things will work out as God tells us they will!  This is how we take immediate action with God.  We let His Word become our attitude.  

But is faith enough?  What should we have faith in specifically speaking to move God's hand for more money or whatever we want or need?  To achieve financial freedom, for example, do we ask for a dollar amount, a new job, a promotion so that we can help God support the gospel?

Well, of course we should ask for money specifically, but if you were to ask for money, health, or even a better life, you can do it from a different point of view that will guarantee you get your prayer answered.   You can do it with a kings and priests point of view.
