Use the Prayer of Agreement Study to develop answered prayer for money growth and all areas of life.

Prayer Request Training Part I

Now why would anyone need to be trained to have people pray for them or with them? 

We only need to look at Matthew 18:19-20 to find the answer.  Praying with others in agreement creates a few special conditions.  

According to Jesus we're guaranteed answered prayer when we follow His clear instruction for this popular form of prayer known as the Prayer of Agreement.  Not only does he tell us that He is in the midst of a gathering of 2 or more, but He assures us that our Heavenly Father will do what we ask Him for in prayer. 
 

It's natural for us to ask our friends or family to pray with us or for us, but when we don't see the results forth coming we believe that God didn't answer our prayers.  This couldn't be farther from the truth.

 

The prayer of agreement takes us beyond our own level of faith to obtain anything, but especially if we need to receive from God in a short amount of time.  For example if one suffers the loss of a job or someone needs a physical healing.  These are needs that must be fulfilled quickly!  So rather than pray on our own, we look to others to join us in prayer for greater power.  

This is because our collaborated faith efforts will greatly increase the faith put over this type of prayer request so that results can be realized in a short time and in some cases immediately.   

However, it also has a flip side that can keep us from obtaining prayer requests when we pray with others.  So many times we ask others to pray with us without realizing that we're actually sabotaging our prayer results. 

There are a number of reasons that will cause this prayer to work against us rather than for us.  So it's important that all Christians learn the proper way to pray when two or three are gathered together in a united (everyone has the same request) prayer.  

Part I of Prayer Request Training will cover the general workings of this prayer.  IT'S POWERFUL!! 

Please read over the scripture below.  It includes the principles given us by Jesus for the Prayer of Agreement.  I've given you the New International Revised Version because it is accurately stated yet easy to understand if you're new to the "Word." 

Agree In Prayer For Powerful Results   St. Matthew 18:19-20 (NIRV)   19 "Again, here is what I tell you. Suppose two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for. My Father in heaven will do it for you. 20 Where two or three people meet together in my name, I am there with them."

 

This particular prayer becomes mighty when joined with the "The Prayer Of Faith."  Most people understand the principles that make up this general prayer for making requests concerning needs or desires.  If you need extra help, click on the link above.  It will give you the mechanics of answered prayer, with a distinction between these two prayers and all others.  

PRAYER REQUEST TRAINING:  Prayer of Agreement

The steps are clear but I'll list them here.  According to Jesus:

1. two or more people must gather together in agreement about anything they ask for in prayer
2. our Heavenly Father will answer it
3. meeting together in the name of Jesus will insure that He is with us

Putting this all together means just what it says.  That when two or more people join together in the name of Jesus for prayer, our Heavenly Father will give us what we asked for. As our mediator before God, Christ is right there with us to present that prayer to God immediately on our behalf. 

This alone is faith building, but there are just a few principles that you need to know in order to insure that you receive what God has already given you.
