I realize this sounds simple, and it is, but there are so many people with low self-worth because they see life from a distrustful point-of-view.  When someone has low self-worth their world is filled with fear - fear of losing a job, fear of losing a spouse, or fear they won't be liked or accepted. 

Fear leads to anger, jealousy, and aggression. Arrogance is often a way of hiding low self-worth .  When you have high self-worth you know that you are valuable to your employer. If you should lose your job, a new job will be easy to find.  With that feeling comes peace of mind, and the same is true in every aspect of your life. 

You are worth everything to God. You are unique. No one else has the exact same experiences and talents that you do. Put your negative energy into developing the "real you" and you'll come to love who you are.     

Confess that you are great, wonderful, and amazing.  Your employer is lucky to have you and should treat you with respect.  The same is true of everyone in your life.  Believe this because it is the truth.

Practice communicating with your loved ones, your friends and then move forward with those who you must deal with to move ahead in your life, business or your job.

The truth is that you have the power to change your world.  When you look at your life, if you don't like what you see, don't complain.  Ask yourself a question instead.  What can I do to change this part of my life?  By asking yourself that question, you open yourself to new ideas. When you complain, your mind eliminates the possibility of change.

Failure is just a perception.  When people say they have failed, what they really mean is that they didn't get the result they had hoped for.  People who become hugely successful learn this lesson.  They take risks and learn from the results.  They release the fear of failing because they know that whatever they do will give them a result.

When you can change your idea of failure, the possibilities open up.  To really understand this look at your past and think of a time you think you had failed.  Did your actions produce a result? If they did you succeeded.  If you want different results then you need to change your actions.  Now that you know this you can change your actions next time.
