The God Kind Of Love
Faith Seeds

Faith works by love.  God tells us that the New Testament Law is to follow the "Law of Love." This covers all sin because if we walk in love toward all, then we aren't going to do the kind of selfish things that hurt ourselves and others.   For example, when we walk in God's love for others, we aren't going to steal from them, hurt them, or covet what they have.

So you can see that God's love is not an earthly love that is mixed with our emotions, sometimes up and sometimes down,  but a constant love that is based upon God's perfect nature which is always stable.

Our love can be tainted by our feelings.  For instance, one day we can feel happy with our spouse and the next week we're angry at them and want them out of our lives.  We might even want to get revenge on them.  But God shows us how to achieve His contstant and pure love toward them through His love principles found in I Corinthians 13:4-8 that are to be applied even to our enemies.  Even if we remove a person from our lives that has harmed us, God's love will keep our hearts from feeling bitter and angry against them. Walking in God's love will always keep us in peace.

Read the scriptures from I Corinthians 13:4-8 and get them into your heart by confessing them daily or just the ones you feel will be most helpful to you, using Step No. 1 of this process.   If you try to understand them on your own ability, they won't make the changes in you that you need because you'll be trying to make sense of them by your own understanding based upon your emotions and not God's Word.  Let God make the changes in you by confessing His Word and allowing it to transform your your mind. This is God's way and it WORKS.

It's important to note that because faith works by love, if you don't learn how to walk in this simple principle--even for yourself, your faith for God's blessings will not grow because of "self-condemnation."  You will always be afraid that God will not bless you because of your past mistakes.

As a result, God's Wealth Plan foundation will be incomplete in your faith structure and you will have difficulty increasing your money.  To find out how to make a quick and simple change in your life to open the door to God's blessings and His Wealth Plan, read more about God's love Principles before moving forward with this study.

Giving God's Way
Faith Seeds

Do you tithe and pay offerings? Do you also wonder why your giving doesn't yield any or much of a financial return.

Most churches do not explain the process of sowing and reaping. This principle applies to any giving, including money, time, prayers, compassion, love, etc.  Here, I'll go through the process of giving, dividing it into two categories.

When you give your tithes, you are to claim your "Windows of Heaven" blessing as we're told in Malachi 3:10-11.  Just putting your money in an envelope or basket isn't going to give you a return.  You must use faith over your giving.  So when you tithe, pray over it and claim your return or blessing in Jesus' name according to Mark 11:23.  You'll begin to see a return on your giving.

When you give offerings, your time, prayers for others, etc., give according to Luke 6:38.  Put faith over all of your giving by claiming your return in the Name of Jesus.

It's important to note that you should not confuse tithes and offerings. You cannot use your tithes as an offering and you should give your tithes to the church that you are attending or that you are blessed by. Offerings should be kept separate from tithes and can be given to your church or any Christian source that blesses you.  They are a great means of blessing when you give them properly and they are a great benefit to your financial growth.  In fact they can systematically be used to grow your money when given regularly.

I find that by paying my tithes and offerings from all monies I receive builds my money on a regular basis.   This was never more clear to me a few years ago when I was extremely busy (helping others increase their money) and I didn't take the time to put faith over my tithes and offerings.  Looking back our income dropped dramatically. When I examined what went wrong, I fixed the situation by putting faith over my giving.

Little by little money began to come in many unexpected ways.  However, we should never allow ourselves to be so busy that we don't have time to practice God's Word.  We should always put God first.  Even when we are serving Him we can go wrong and suffer loss.  However, we can also claim to have what was lost restored to us. Always go forward with God.

Wisdom About Time From God's Perspecitve
Faith Seeds

Many Christians believe that their faith isn't working because they don't recieve from God right after they pray.

There is usually a time element involved with faith, especially for finances.  God can't just rain money from the sky.  He has to use various channels within the world's system to bless you.  So you must apply "faith work" daily to keep your faith growing strong and to receive what God has already given you once you have gone to Him in prayer.  You should also use your faith daily to keep what you already have by being thankful.

God does not regard time as we do.  He releases the answer to your prayers as soon as you ask, but it's up to you to do the faith work. For instance, you can use the process of "fishing" to get a clearer picture of anwered prayer that would be similiar to "realing in" a fish.

You cast your line into the water (prayer) and catch a fish. However, you don't get it immediately.  You must "reel it in" first (faith).  You will make the catch (prayer request manifested) according to the weight of your fish, the strength of your rod and the strength of your arms and body stamina.  So it is with faith.  Your faith will "reel in" your prayer request according to the amount of time and inner strength you put into it.  So the more faith work you do, the faster you will "reel in answered prayer."

The more faith you put toward your request, the faster you will receive it.  lt's that simple.  So God does not wait for a period of time to bless you because you've done something bad or because He doesn't feel that you aren't as good as someone else.  God is not a respecter of persons.

Our Heavenly Father is the God of "I Am." He blesses you immediately.  The delay in receiving your request is the result of little or no faith work as I have said.  You must take responsibility to receive from God after you have prayed.   Therefore, it's important to understand that He doesn't see time in the past or in the future.  Remember, He told us in Matthew 6:31:34 not to think about tomorrow. God always sees time in the present.   This is why we need to forgive ourselves and others, and then move forward in order to stay out of the past.

CAN WE SET A TIME LIMIT FOR GOD?

We can set a time limit for our faith when we have a date that must be met for our request to be of value to us.  For instance if you need your bills paid by the end of the month and you don't have the money to cover them, you can pray to receive the money by their due dates.  Then build your faith accordingly.  The more faith success you have the stronger your faith will become.
