Curiosity is a great quality. It is the quest for knowledge. By being
curious we learn about the people and things in our world.
After we learn about them, the key is not to judge them. If
we judge something, we limit it.
Some examples are obvious. If you judge someone to be a criminal, you
miss the opportunity for good to come from him. When you look
at a flower and call it a flower, you often stop looking. By
naming something you judge it to be the thing you named it to
be. At that point your brain says, "I know what a flower is,
time to move on." When you are free of judgment, you can
examine the object you are looking at with new eyes and see it with
more depth than ever before. This works for flowers as well
as people.
Today look at the people in your life without judgment. Be
curious about why they do what they do. Try to understand their
reasons. When judgment meets understanding, acceptance soon
follows.

How do people feel when you are around? What feelings do you
bring to your interactions with others?
Feelings are the same as emotions and emotions are energy 'e' in
motion. So your energy gets sent out to everything around
you. Animals are great at picking up this energy and reacting
to it. People pick up on it just as well but we use other
factors to determine our opinions. Your energy, your feelings
are very powerful. Allow yourself to give positive energy to
every situation.
Today, before you interact with someone, think about how you feel then
make the effort to feel good. When you bring positive
uplifting energy, people will be nicer to you in return and they will
remember how you made them feel.

When we give, the feeling of helping another person is our
reward. When we give from a place of abundance, we receive
abundance in return.
Give something away not because you have to but because you want
to. Let the giving be its own reward.

Aggression is just a way that fear projects itself. By being
aggressive, we strive to prevent the thing we are afraid of from
happening.
Many of us live from fear. Do you work because you love your
job or because you are afraid of being homeless? When you
love what you do and know that you are good at it, you have no fear of
losing your job because you know you can find another job at any time.
One of the biggest fears is the fear of the unknown. Many
people are afraid of change although they want their lives to be
different. This is not a pleasant place to be - stuck in a
situation that you don't like but afraid to do something different
because it may be worse. The only way out is to face your
fears.
Why not list your fears. Write them on a piece of paper. Then pick one
of the things on the list and do it. Make it something
little. As you cross your fears off your list, you will be
more at peace.
